Payment Policy

We offer payment by:

  • PayPal

  • card payment

  • wholesale invoice / manual payment (such as bank transfer)

Full payment is required before dispatch.

In some cases, we may accept a 20% deposit to hold products temporarily. This deposit is non-refundable. However, reserved goods will not be shipped until the remaining balance is paid in full.

For some orders, payment may be made in two stages:

  1. pay for the products first

  2. pay the final shipping cost after packing and before dispatch

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, including the final shipping cost.
